Welcome to the Boys & Girls Club of Menasha!

The Boys & Girls Club of Menasha is located in downtown Menasha at 600 Racine Street. This Club is our newest Branch location, built in 2015. During the school year, youth ages 6 and older have the opportunity to be bussed after school from Menasha Joint School District Schools. This Club also houses our Summer Program from June – August.

Caregiver Portal

Club Ins & Outs:

Check in: Check in is located in the main entrance (corner of 6th St. & Racine St. Members can sign in anytime after 7 am in the summer and anytime after 3 pm during the school year.  

**Once students are checked into Club, they are checked in until either picked up or leaving for the day with parent permission (members cannot leave and come back, unless there is an appt. or circumstance discussed with the director ahead of time).  

Pickup: Parents/authorized pickup people (18+ years old) can enter through the Front door and sign their youth out of Club. Teens are able to sign themselves out unless other arrangements are communicated ahead of time.  Please note that Club closes at 5:30pm in the summer and non-school days; and 7pm during the school year. 

While completing your membership in the Caregiver Portal please be sure to review the family handbook and member agreement, as your family will be held accountable to the expectations listed there. 

Medication Administration: 

If your child needs to take medication during Club hours, please contact your Unit Director to complete the forms needed. We cannot use the same medication form approval that is provided to the school district. Any medications taken at Club must be in a separate bottle with Club forms filled out by a physician and parent/guardian. 

Important Dates & Special Hours:

The Boys & Girls Club of Menasha is closed the first Friday of each month from September – May to dedicate to staff development.  The Menasha Club is always open on MJSD no-school days from 8:00 – 5:30 pm and provides, breakfast, lunch, and snack on these days for all Club members ages 6 – 18. Transportation After School:

The BGC provides transportation from the following schools each day to the Menasha BGC at no additional cost: Gegan, Jefferson, Butte Des Morts, Banta, Clovis Grove, and Maplewood.

Page Turners Early Literacy Tutoring Program:

2023-24 program registration for Page Turners opens on Tuesday, August 1st, 2023 in the Caregiver Portal. 

Page Turners Early Literacy Tutoring Program provides support for students in grades K-3 who fall below grade level in reading skills.  Tutors and youth meet together on-site for half-hour sessions twice per week.
